Last week I had a pizza birthday party for my son Alex , my 2 nephews and my dad! I made the pizzas from scratch… a total of 10 large pizzas!

I used to be a vegetarian so i made a veggie style combo. In addition to various styles for carnivorous friends! The most popular one seemed to be the mushroom garlic combo!

On saturday, I got to go to a concert at Akasaka Blitz!
I got to see my favorite band PLACEBO !
I even got to see them before and after the concert!!

i-Podで好きなイギリス・ラジオ、毎日聞く
I always take my i-Pod with me on my walks with the dogs.
I like to listen to “Absolute Radio”. It’s really cool. I listen to it almost all day long. The music is just my style, and they talk about so many different things — it keeps me up-to-date.
ワンちゃん達の散歩中、i-Pod姿のわたしです。
「アブソルート・ラジオ」をほとんど毎日聞く。音楽もすてきだし、トーク・ショーの内容も面白い。

Box lunch -- 弁当
Another fun thing about cycling is eating a box lunch at a park or along a river.
This is one of my favorites — “Shake-ben”, or “salmon lunch”. Of course, there are several different things to eat in any box lunch, but the main course in this one is the slice of cooked salmon. It’s cheap but pretty healthy.
サイクリングのもう一つの楽しみは、公園や川沿いで、弁当を食べる事。

One of things I like about cycling is that you can just stop whenever and wherever you want and enjoy the view.
You also get to meet the most interesting — er– creatures. Being a hard-core animal lover, I just had to stop and chat.
サイクリングのいいところは、いつでも、どこでも、止まってその場を楽しむ事が出来る。
私はハード・ボイルド・動物好きだから、こういうポーズはこれからも多いでしょう。

最近、寒いけど、クワトロ達の散歩は欠かせない
The weather this year is really wild. Some days warm, some days very cold.
But no matter what the weather, Suzie and Quattro love to take their walks.

今年の冬、天気予想出来ないよね。暖かくなったり、急にまた寒くなったりして。
でも、天気はどうであろう、ワンちゃん達は必ず散歩に行きたい。

T & G riding their bikes
My new hobby is long distance cycling. My husband introduced me to the sport.
Their are several good courses to ride on in Tokyo according to him.
But I am still just getting my feet wet, so I haven’t tried them all.

クワトロ、眠くなった
長〜い散歩のあとは、やっぱり眠くなるよね、クワトロ。

This is our “deck”. Some people in America might call it a patio. Anyway, I raise a bunch of different plants out here and have to water them everyday.
This is one of my favorite parts of the house. About once or twice a year, we bring all our friends over for a barbeque here. It’s nice and cool.
うちの”デッキ”です。アメリカの地方によって、これを”パテイオ”という人もいるけど。とにかく、私は色んな観葉植物を栽培しています。毎日、水をかけます。
ここが家の中で一番好きなところかも。年に１、２回友達を呼んで、ここでバービーキュー・パーテイーを。涼しくて、気持ちいいよ。

Let me introduce my friends, “Suzie” and “Quattro”. They are a couple of rowdy Labs about ten years old. They need a lot of exercise everyday. It’s tough but it’s good for me too.
ご紹介します。うちの”スージー”と”クワトロ”で〜す。乱暴なラボロドールの二匹です。年は１０歳位かな。毎日、運動させるのが大変だけど、私のための健康法でっもあるから、頑張ってます。
